Looking for a second opinion, or someone who can help me complete my issue: My HP all in one printer, model 6520 no longer prints or copies. Set up wirelessly on computer, but won't even copy anymore. Any suggestions???

I suggest that you find out if it will scan a document off the glass into your computer. Then we should reinstall your drivers and see if that makes any difference. This will help to diagnose the problem.

I have looked at your other open question, and I can work with you on your network configuration and your printer, laptop and desktop connections. after troubleshooting your network, I recommend that you uninstall your printer software before downloading and installing your printer drivers. Then we will be able to try the scan function under controlled conditions. It probably will not work as things are now.

I should delete my printer software, can you provide instructions, and by the way, no scanning, so that may bring a new set of issues to the table.

Cannot tell anything from that, since you have issues with your network and your laptop software. To completely uninstall the software, please do the following on your laptop computer:

1) Go to Control Panel > Hardware & Sound > View Devices & Printers and remove the Print Server icon for your HP 6830 printer.

2) Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program and carefully select each software item for your HP 8830 printer and uninstall them, one at a time. Read the confirmations carefully to avoid selecting other software by mistake.

3) Restart your computer. You can return to this conversation by selecting the link in your =notification email.

Just to be clear, I don't have a 6830 or a 8830, it's a 6520 printer, is that what you want me to remove?

Sorry. I was mistaken about your printer. I meant that you should remove the 6520 print server icon in (1) above and uninstall each 6520 software item in (2) above. Then restart your computer and get back to this conversation when you are available again I apologize for the delay. It is a holiday weekend, and things were kind of busy here earlier.
