Hello. I am having troubler with an hp 15-bk152snr touch screen computer with Window 10 that is having startup problems apparently similar to others I see on the internet. The screen comes up but only shows the startup image and does not load. I am in the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI screen now. I have run the system Tests and they all passed. Can you help me get this computer up running and tell me what I need to do to keep this issue from repeating itself?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I think I did it last time I check the prompts - maybe a week ago, but I am not sure that was prompted.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Even if it is the driver, I am unabl e to see download options now.
