Thanks for using JustAnswer. I am happy to assist you with this issue.

To try to resolve this issue, you need to delete the printer then add it back. When adding the printer you have a choice of secure AirPrint or AirPrint. If you haven't set up a secure connection you will get the "encryption" error and your document won't print. Select AirPrint instead and everything works fine.

Please let me know if that fixes ths issue.

I never got an answer from anyone until this message just now so I had one of my sons fix my problem the next day.
