Hi - my WorkForce...

Hi - my WorkForce - 2630 "doesn't recognize new Epsom 220 cartriges?

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?

Replace the ink cartridges

Technician's Assistant: The last time you changed your cartridges, did you replace them with new ones or refill the old ones?

Replaced the empties yesterday with new Epsom220 - not refills

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I shook them up and removed the yellow tapes on all of them. Also tried to do a nozzle check - unsuccessful.

Updated drivers and downloads. New , shook up cartridges - I removed 'em, reshook em and replaced them. still getting message to replace these cartridges.

After all your help, I've given up and have replaced with a HP. The clerk at Staples said using refilled inks (cheaper line) leads to the problems. had. thanks for your help. You kept me from dying from frustration.
