New onk...levels high...all seems ok, but nothing prints on the paper???

Just returned from being out if state...hasn't worked for past month or more

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

Not printing from a computer...just trying to make copies
