Turned on and it says cancel printing ?

Just. Bought just plugged in

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

Ve done nothin to conect to anything followinw step by step directions..im on#3 turn on printer

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Its not connected yet that the problem...just got it ! Pluged in, hit power and it has a message tp cancel printing how do i do that?

Please open the lid

Remove the ink cartridges then insert them back into the carriage and close lid

Now:

With the printer powered on, remove the power cord from the back.

Wait 2 minutes

Plug back in the power cord and power it on

Do you still have the error?

There are no ink cartridges in it as that is 6 steps ahead of me in the directions ...i have not selected language yet .
I did unplug and left off for 10 minutes no change in display message

If you are seeing that error message right out of the box then I would recommend returning it to the store for a replacement.
