hello.
i can print test page and see everything installed correctly.
cannot print documents in queu tho.
getting error- printer settings user interface has stopped working.

thanks, ***** ***** need help.
to be clear, i'm trying to connect wireless hp printer to laptop. windows 10.
both have signal, printer is listed as default printer in device menu. in the queue, documents say they're printing, but they're not.
i get an error that says, printer settings user interface has stopped working.

With the printer powered on, remove the power cord from the back.

Plug back in the power cord and power it on
