My canon mx479 says...

My canon mx479 says it is being used by another computer but it isn't and it won't print the items in the queue.

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?

A Dell computer. I also use my iphone to print from and once after I printed something from my iphone, it went ahead and printed items from my Dell that it had been holding in queue with the same message.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your MX479?

About 2 weeks

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
