I have just purchased...

I have just purchased a CanonMFB34C multi -function printer, After setting it up, I cannot print a document from my computer. The printer is aware that a file is being sent but nothing happens. The printer and are connected by a USB cable. My computer is running Windows 10 Pro and has the latest updates.

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

By USB.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I installed the printers from the DVD include with the printer.
