Technician's Assistant: Is your printer displaying the error on all print jobs, even after you restart it?

Yes

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I don’t remember

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

No I cleared the jam when the machine suck up the printed copies in the printer tray and pull them out but I can’t do anything anymore and I tried turning off the Printer three times and the error message still comes up

it was and I remove the paper, turned off the printer it is now turned back on and warming up…
