Ok Thankyou... This message is obviously very bad... You can do a few things to try and rectify BUT this is usually fatal and the head needs to be replaced...

First of all.. Please unplug your printer and wait 5 mins. Plug the printer back in and let me know if the error is still there please

With ink system failure now showing, the only thing you can do is remove the ink carts and put them back in again then Reset the printer... from what I am seeing with your situation I think the print head is done... yes a new printer will be on the cards if the above doesn’t work... repair will cost way to much to justify at the end of the day..

If there is any chance the printer is under warranty, this issue is covered 100%.. Most print heads take a few years to give up finally with a lot of use..
