I have an HP OfficeJet 6962, just purchased in Nov. Often when I try to print off my computer, I get this error message. Can you help me fix it? Thanks.

Technician's Assistant: Is your OfficeJet displaying the error on all print jobs, even after you restart it?

No, sometimes it prints as it is supposed to.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I spent some time last night updating my software.
