Printed fine until I went to add more paper. Now it says there isn't any paper in the rear tray. Driving me CRAZY.

I just hooked up the printer last night and it was working. Why would it change? I just printed 20 pages an hour ago

No, this is supposed to be a refundable $5 charge. I just bought the machine. I don't want to pay for anything.

It might be a case that the paper source might have changed as a result of which you're facing issues.
