OUCH. Seems like Suhasini was trolling for a $39.00 Secure Remote Assistance connection to my computer... which is TOTALLY unnecessary for my printer's HARDWARE issue.Hope the new Technician can actually provide assistance. So far all I received was instructions to unplug for 2 minutes and plug back in. NOTHING ELSE.

OK - to allow me to connect to your PC/MAC, you must install remote access software. The software is below, use the "Family and Friends" version. It's free.

Once installed I need the ID and Password ***** displays, i do not need the one you created, I am looking for the one that TeamViewer gives you when you open the program.
