Have a WF2660. All...

Have a WF2660. All inks loaded and new. The black ink will not print out, however all the other ink colors work good.

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? If so, what do they say?

I have gone to the Print Head Cleaning feature at least 10 times and still BLACK doesn't print out.

Technician's Assistant: The last time you changed your cartridges, did you replace them with new ones or refill the old ones?

I replaced with new ones. Infact, since the Black was not working with the NEW one, I replaced that one within 30 minutes with another NEW BLACK but to no avail.
