IT IS A BRAND NEW PRINTER AND I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET IT CONNECTED, I BOUUGHT IT FROM STAPLES IN ALLENTOWN,. FIRST OF ALL THEY SOLD ME A A 2016 PRINTER AND I DID NOT KNOW UNTIL I GOT HOME. I ASKED THEM TO HELP ME AND I GOT NOT HELP FROM THEM AND I TRIED BROTHERS MANAGER AND GOT NO HELP FROM HIM. I AM 84 YEARS OLD AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE COMPUTER LANGUAGE. CAN YOU HELP ME. THIS IS MY SECOND COMPUTER FROM BROTHERS, THE OTHER ONE I GOT IN THE 3ARL7 90S. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO
