The first thing I would like you to do after you have verified all ink carts are firmly snapped into place, is turn the printer off.

Unplug it from the wall and wait for 5 minutes

After 5 mins, plug it back in and see if you have any error messages or if you are able to print.

IF NOT

I will take you through how to perform a head clean so we can get get the ink flowing
