I have put new...

I have put new black ink into my printer, HP Photosmart 7520, but when I try to print the black does not come out.

Technician's Assistant: What's the model of your printer?

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?

I am not getting any error messages. I have tried cleaning the printheads and to align printer. but same thing happen no black ink

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

No that's about it.
