How do I clear fault code 042-326 xerox docucolor 250

Technician's Assistant: Is your device displaying the error message even after restarting it?

Yes

Technician's Assistant: When did the error message first appear?

Started a month ago it would reset when I restart a few times

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Office Expert to know before I connect you?

I actually replaced the tranfer belt kit to resolve issue But, still will not reset

Try these two resets:

-Forced NVM Initialization:

Turn ON the power while pressing the Power Saver key, Stop key and 3 key.
Initializes the NVM of the configuration range (Printer Settings etc.) inside the Controller and starts up.

-Forced HDD Format
Turn ON the power while pressing the Power Saver key, Stop key and 4 key
This operation resets the HDD to partitions at factory settings.

Unfortunately, one of those two options should have fixed it. If they did not then you will need a local technician to come out and take a look.

I replaced the entire transfer belt. And it did moreover issue. But, that is the code it said it was.I have no local techAny ideas?
