This a repeating problem....when...

This a repeating problem....when I replace a Brothers ink cartridge it continues to indicate that I am out of ink in the replacement and will not print. I am using your cartirdges....in the past after several tries it corrects itself but this time after 50plus tries it will not work.

Please start off by resetting your printer

1. Press Settings.

2. Press up or down arrows to select the following:

a. Select [Initial Setup]. Press OK.

b. Select [Reset] . Press OK.

c. Select the reset option you want to use. Press OK

3. Press 1 for [Yes] to confirm.

4. Press 1 for [Yes] to reboot the machine
