I am trying to connect printer to Pc but getting error it…

I am trying to...

I am trying to connect printer to Pc but getting error it shows but with a yellow cone

Technician's Assistant: Did you remove all the tape from the cartridge vent holes? (The tape is usually yellow or some other color.)

It was connected before to other machine I am just trying to hook at other location

Technician's Assistant: The last time you changed your cartridges, did you replace them with new ones or refill the old ones?

Never changed very new printer

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

That should do it. I do have the disk as well but still having issue

right click on printer icon..click on troubleshoot and follow onscreen prompts

in control panel, devices and printers..right click on the konica printer icon and click on delete..then click on add printer option on top and add the konica printer

Follow these steps
Click here for remote assistance
in the page that opens you will see just answer remote desktop..scroll down the page and click on i agree
it will download a file Elsinore screen connect exe at bottom of screen
once its downloaded, open\run the file ..you can double click on it to run it
once it starts to run it will ask do you want to allow the file to make changes...say yes to it

have a look at the bottom of browser window

it will download a file Elsinore screen connect exe at bottom of screen
once its downloaded, open\run the file ..you can double click on it to run it
