1240 code. PixmaTS9020... tried putting tray back from side still saying tray retracted... I’m pulling my hair out trying to install

I just got it today

Windows 10 was just installed a couple of days ago

the error:1240 means a: Operation panel is closed or did not open

Are you sure the panel is correctly closed?

Orherwise I wouldnt have asked the question. i know what the errror means!! That isnt the solution!! Really? This is your HELP????? You are not helpibg me anymore than what I knew before I asked!! Refund my money immediately. NOT SATISFIED.... at all.
