I just installed a new Yellow Ink Cartridge (for the second time), but it is not working. I have run numerous cleaning cycles & test prints, but am not getting any yellow

Technician's Assistant: What's the model of your printer?

Intelefax 2480C

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?

I have not gotten any error messages. The cartridges are on the front right side of printer - the little cover (door) flips down to open

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
