I have a Xerox 260 with a fault code of 094-321. I am looking for the NVM reset.
JA: What Xerox model do you have?
Customer: Xerox 260
JA: How long has this been going on with your Xerox printer?
Customer: Just started.
JA: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?
Customer: I didn't turn the Fiery on and I see that the error code has to do with the 1st and or 2nd btr roller contacts
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Turn ON the power while pressing the Power Saver key, Stop key and 3 key.
Initializes the NVM of the configuration range (Printer Settings etc.) inside the Controller and starts up.

What does initializing the NVM do? I currently have a fault code where the xerox is faulted out.

Ok, i started the xerox up with the energy saver, stop key and 4 (not 3) and the machine is faulted out with the same code.
