I am suppose to have 3 years of unlimited tech support with this purchase from QVC. But I can not sign up for it if I can't get on the internet.

try this

press ctrl alt delete > open task manager > file > run new task > type in cmd > click ok

type in ipconfig then hit enter

what is your ipv4 address and gateway?
