Just got everything hooked up and it will not print from computer. It will print a scan but nothing else.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Epson printer?

Microsoft will no longer service the Windows 7

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

The printer tells me there is an ungrade but I don't know how to activate it. It also talks about an " Epson Connect".
