Canon MG 2450

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Canon printer?

Several days but, I was told to re-boot my PC and switch off/on my printer. This has worked but not today!

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

Don't know and don't know how to!!

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

It doesn't scan with any request - Auto, Photographs or Documents
