Printer has stopped printing - plenty of ink - comes up with message printer in error.

Technician's Assistant: Did you remove all the tape from the cartridge vent holes? (The tape is usually yellow or some other color.)

Technician's Assistant: The last time you changed your cartridges, did you replace them with new ones or refill the old ones?

I only changed the black cartridge several weeks ago and the printer was printing until 2 days ago then just stopped - it still feeds paper just does not print

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

When I check 'diagnose the printer connection it says printer cannot be found on network
