It sounds like you are getting error message stating print head not installed. Before we proceed further, I would like to ask you few question about this problem. Could you please tell me what are troubleshooting step you have tried before? The reason why I am asking is this issue will occur when the print head is not seated properly or print head is not clean. So we can try to clean and reseat the printer head. I followed instructions for cleaning print head, replaced head and ink in printer , i still get same message , print head not installed , Please advise whats next

The printer driver is fine, also the computer, it seems like the print head is damaged or wrong installed, as this is a physical problem I recommend to use the warranty (if it is still under warranty) or send it to a repair service.
