When I try to...

When I try to print my laptop says that my HP Envy 5530 printer is off line; yet, when I look at the printer itself it shows that it is online. Do you know what I can do to resolve this?

  • Type Control Panel in the search box
  • Select Control Panel
  • In Control Panel under hardware and sound click " View devices and Printers"
  • Right click the printer and select troubleshoot
