For days now it...

For days now it has been "paused" - I did not pause it. I've tried to get it to print by hitting "resume" but nothing. I also unplugged it for a time and then it spit out a few print jobs but it is still backed up with print jobs I have sent. My printer is a MG2900 model. What can I do to get things going again?
