I have a Xerox...

I have a Xerox 6015NI printer. The replacement cartridge will not get recognized by the printer. Says to replace it. Done this a few times. In the past never an issue. Now creating problems. I'm using OEM cartridges.

Technician's Assistant: Is this the first time you've had to change the ink for your 6015NI?

Technician's Assistant: Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to open the lid that covers the cartridges on your printer?

If the printer is unable to recognize several different OEM cartridges then there is a damaged part on the MCU board which will require a repair or replacement.
