Hi we recently had our laptop serviced at best buy and when we received it back it will no longer print color on our GT 3 machine only white? Is there maybe a setting I need to go into

Not sure but probably awhile how would i do that

just since we had our laptop windows updated from the geek squad maybe 4 days that we have been down

Ok - can you unplug the printer from the power supply while the printer is off and hold in the power button on it for 30 seconds.

the update was a security update for adobe flash player for windows 10 version 1709 for x64 speed based systems (KB4048951) maybe just a color setting enabled?

Lifted face of machine and closed lid errors are gone but still will not print color ink. When I change the print setting to print color it just will not save

OK - does the error appear (apart from no ink) when there is no ink in the system?

I wonder If we do a flush.
