Brother MFC-J480DW

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your MFC-J480DW?

A long time. Just can't figure out how to do it

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

I'm on a macbook pro 2012. I tried to update the OS from Sierra to High Sierra and it crashed my computer. Had to re-iinstall from back up.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
