The lexmark x748de will not print cyan even after replacing cartridges. Another printer will not print yellow etc.. What can I do to fix this situation?

Thanks. I have several Lexmark x748de that have issues with printing some respective colors even when the cartridge is replaced. Is there a command function or maintenance procedure to help with this issue?
