I AM HAVING ISSUES...

I AM HAVING ISSUES WITH MY PRINTER....The printer is wireless....out of nowhere the printer will say "scan lost" I have checked all connections and everything is connected. When I open the printer in the info center this shows up etcCTl1...I do not know what that means. I am trying to do my Christmas card envelopes and I need help!

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I don't remember but it has not been that long.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
