It is my printer. I cant seem to get it to oprint

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your E310DW?

I was printing fine then we lost power and for some reason I had to reinstall the printer and I cant get it to print,\. It does print the test pages if you could just run me through the proper settings please.

It is plugged back in now but I accidently unplugged my pc. Will take a couple minutes to boot back up. Sorry.

Almost there. The printer is back on and says it is in deep sleep

From the control panel go to General Setup/ Ecology / Sleep Time, when the display reads 1min press the back button and the down button simultaneously.

The display should now say deep sleep. now select Off, and exit back out.

That should disable the Deep Sleep Feature

Ok the information I want to print is displayed, I click on print and nothing happens. I think something is off in my settings. When it happened before I finally got the right thing but do can't remember what it was.

Go to the reset menu on your printer, Reset Menu and select Factory Reset
