I am having trouble getting my Demo Printer to register with Windows on my Mac via Parallels

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I downloaded 8.7 again today and did a "repair" installation and it said it was modifying the PnP driver
