Printer XP-235 will not print. Triangle button on far right has red light showing.
JA: How are you connecting to your printer: wirelessly or by USB?
Customer: USB
JA: When did you last update the printer driver software?
Customer: I would not know how to - or if that has been done. The printer is seldom used, bought about 1 year ago.
JA: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

This problem has occurred just once - about 1 month ago. I don't use my printer very often, and "give the job away" when bloody problems like this happen. Kris, you are communicating with the complete "computer/IT dummy!

I have been away from my computer (and house) since 6 December. Please refer to my previous comments, as I wish to terminate this dialogue. I have resolved my printer problem myself. Please arrange to refund the Visa payment, as the original request was not fulfilled.
