Hello. I'm having an issue with my WF-2760. Printer is working fine but scanner wont work

Technician's Assistant: Is there an error code on your WF-2760 when you try to scan?

When I go to use Epson scan, I get cannot communicate with the scanner. Make sure scanner is on and correctly setup and connected with no errors indicated. for detailed information see splving problems in the users guide

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Not recently... I tried after I got the message and it says its up to date

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

That's really the only issue I got
