I have a paper jam in my MG5520 printer. How do I correct it?

CANON PIXMA MG5520 printer

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your MG5520?

JUst happened, never given me any previous trouble

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

About 1 year ago. I have just added paper and the jam occured immediately

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
