I replaced all of the ink cartridges in my PIXMA MG7720; initially, thin black cartridge (751) didn't register (with orange light going on), so i bought a new black ink cartridge, which DOES light up as the others do -- but I'm still getting the Support Code message 1750 for this cartridge even though it's lighting up!

Technician's Assistant: Is your printer displaying the error on all print jobs, even after you restart it?

I can't get it to do any print jobs. I powered it off and unplugged it for 30 minutes, and it's still showing that error, saying "Appropriate ink tank is not installed. Install the appropriate ink tank." and then it shows a diagram with the "BLK" cartridge as being the problem. It's from a company called "ink4work."

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

I have no idea of what that is, so probably not since I received the printer in 2016.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

Just that I am VERY unsophisticated in this area, so the Printer Expert will have to help be in a very basic, simple way. Thanks
