NO, I'm trying to update the WiFi address on my Canon Printer TS9000 series, I have changed my AT&T Elevate to a 1737. Can you help me do that?

Technician's Assistant: What kind of computer or device are you printing from?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your TS9000?

About # months and the HP I had since January.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

About 3 months on the printer, and about 1 month on the update OS

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?
