Quiet a bit,.. I am helping a friend. He has the problem for a few weeks now,... the black is not printing,.. I just took out the the print head tray and clean it up,.. it was full of ink,...black ink i clean it with cotton swabs

I tried to print again the nozzle check,... the black is still not printing. I open again the printer, took out the cartridges and then the print head it is again full of black ink,... any suggestion?
