Technician's Assistant: What's the brand and model of your printer?

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your printer?

It just started yesterday. It was flashing that it was shutting down but it never did until I disconnected it. When I brought it back up ,it appeased to be ok but will nor print out.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

Not sure. I spoke to an assistant on November 5th but I don't know if she did that or what. It was working until yesterday.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I guess not. I would just like to be able to use it.
