Hello. I have never had a problem with it until today. It is showing B200 flashing light. I have unplugged it. Pulled out the cord. I tried to click on support but it stated the page is not available. What steps do I need to take next please?

Can you please remove the power to the printer (so unplug it from the power socket).

Then wait 10 minutes, connect the power again to the printer, turn it on and tell me please if it is now operating correctly.

Hello Richard, Thank you for contacting me. I have actually written to JustAnswer. I inadvertently handed over my credit card details before understanding how the site works, thinking I was still in Australia. I have asked them to delete my details so shall await the outcome.
