MP 250 wont print. Error message 5B00. Can you assist please

Technician's Assistant: Is your printer displaying the error on all print jobs, even after you restart it?

It doesn't want to restart. On/off light is flashing and the orange triangle light also flashing. Correction MP 280. A previous message said something about ink ... is full

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Never as far as I can remember

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I don't think so - I am not too tech savvy
