Thank you. I have just bought today a new XP240 printer. I have had trouble installing it - instructions very poor! Now my computer does not recognise the new printer - so I cannot print anything. Please help David B

Wirelessly - and I was told it was connected. so wot goes on, Epson?

No, I weant simply that this printer will with my PC. I did have same problem when I installed the XP-100 4 1/2 years ago. It stopped working 3 days ago. Perhaps you can help with that too, thanks.
