Not sure, a note booting works ok

from the apple menu, click on preferences

click print and scan

click on the printer and check if you see a reset printing system option listed in the window

can you connect the printer via usb and then open the print and scan window

once its open, click on plus sign and let me know if printer shows up

That seems to be when it messes up however no the printer didn’t show one moment the computer i’m checking to see if it works

if you have reset printing system then the printer will not show up in print and scan window

you need to click on plus to add it again

Wifi, it did print I want to try a boarding pass if that works on wifi does seem ok I reluctant to try usb since printer is now working
