I am trying to install a new driver and am having no success - what is wrong? Printer is an Epson Workforce 2750

Technician's Assistant: What Epson model do you have?

Wprkforce 2750

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your Epson printer?

I first wanted to increase the font size and cannot find any way to do that - so I looked for a new driver and still no go!

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the Operating System (OS) on the computer or device you're printing from?

The operating system is Windows 10 Home and is current on updates

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

I would be happy if I could increase font size

I have downloaded four separate drivers for the printer. They are identified by numbers no#, 1, 2, 3. I have no idea which driver to select Do you know what the various drivers are for?

You have not helped me at all!! There was no information in the reference you gave me - the only info was from my computer itself!!

In order to resolve the issue I need to know what is happening on your side.

You haven't replied back in a day where I reply back within minutes.

Or I can at least troubleshoot with this issue remotely which you aren't comfortable with.
